Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order?

This website allows you to reserve products by purchasing through the online shop. Once you have confirmed your order and contact details through this site, we will get in touch with you to confirm P&P costs and arrange payment. Due to the varied size and weight of the products we sell we can ensure you are charged appropriately, and get exactly what you want by managing orders in this way. We aim to contact you at the earliest opportunity but if you urgently need a part or product, please give us a call!

How do I pay?

We can process card payments over the phone. If this is not conveninet then feel free to discuss alternative payment options with us. We will contact you to confirm the final invoice value (including P&P). Please note no products will be dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared.

Will my product be exactly the same as shown on the website?
In most cases - yes. Many of the items we sell are stocked individually and therefore we will photograph the item especially for this listing. In some cases we hold larger stocks of an item, especially of more common parts. In these instances we will endeavour to tell you "item similar to that photographed". We will also endeavour to state when a product is new, new old stock, refurbished or original.

I have seen a similar product to what I require on your site, but it's not quite right. Do you have more items?
This site details just a few of the used or old stock items we have for sale currently. If you fail to find what you are looking for here, please contact us to discuss your requirements further. We carry a large inventory of new stock items which are not listed here.

Can I return an item, or get a refund?
In the event that you want to return a product, or request a refund, please contact us. We make every effort to photograph products individually so you receive the exact item shown.

How much will P&P cost?

Post & Packaging charges are calculated individually for each order. We are happy to ship products internationally and will quote accordingly. Alternatively, book an appointment to collect the items from our workshop!
